Description

50% of it new (even when learning that all the barrels were French)

Double matured in Montilla Fino Seasoned American Oak Casks

Raspberries

This is rather mineral and beautifully shaped – yes a little touch of savoury reduction

this is a multi-dimensional wine that was extremely approachable and drinkable in both tastings I had of it
