It is a medium to full bodied wine, rich and fleshy with youthful but structured tannins and lively acidity. This cuve is aged in used oak barrels. The grapes are harvested manually after which they undergo traditional Beaujolais vinification with whole bunches 16 days in concrete tanks. This cuve is then aged for 12 months in 5 to 10
