Tillandsia Aeranthos Red-Leaved Tillandsias o Clavel del Aire Pot support not includedAlthough grown for their overall appearance rather than their flower, some Tillandsia have regular blooms, and some species have very impressive flowers. These plants usually vary the color of the leaves (which generally changes from green to red) around the flower. This is an indication that the plant is monocarpic (producing flowers only once before dying) but the seedlings that emerge around the flowering plant will continue to live. SUPPORT CRUST
