Anselmo Mendes Parcela Unica Alvarinho - 2021 (750ml) Sour Ale It is a very balancedTYPE OF WINE White wine made from grapes of Alvarinho variety coming from a single plot which produces a wine that reveals Alvarinho at its purest and most original state. KEY POINTS Handpicked grapes into small boxes and carried to the winery in a short period of time. Very soft pressing of the whole destemmed grapes. Long cold clarification. Fermentation in new 400 litre Frenchoak barrels. Ageing in these barrels for 9 months with btonnage on the
