RIO's Prawn Jovi Color:Black/Blue RIO's Smelling Salt- ChartreuseSome of the best winter steelhead areas to fish is the soft, slow water on an inside turn. In holes like this use a sink tip with a light fly to avoid hanging up on the bottom, and to keep as much natural movement as possible. RIO's Prawn Jovi is the perfect fly for those slots.
