La Ferme de la Sansonniere 'La Lune' Chenin Blanc VDF, 2019 tokay Michter’s Fort Nelson Distillery isThis wine is made of 100% Chenin Blanc. An aromatic and bready nose is followed by cooked apricot and peach flavors and a pleasant nuttiness. We would pair this with something rich and flavorful like 5 spice duck wings or Chana Masala. A small amount of natural volcanic sulfur is added at bottling, and farmed biodynamically.
