Malaga on the noseBollinger Brut Rose The main component of Bollinger Ros is the Spcial Cuve, to which is added between 5% and 6% red wine, made from grapes sourced exclusively from Grands Crus from the Bollinger vineyard. Some 3,000 small old wooden barrels are used for winemaking. The base wine fermented in old French oak barrels that have contained chardonnay.
