AreaRAE 2 PID Sensor Module & Lamps RKI Instruments Choosing a cable lengthPhotoionization (PID) sensing components and VOC zeroing supplies for the Honeywell AreaRAE Plus and AreaRAE Pro area monitors. The 7R+ PID sensor module adds volatile organic compound measurement to 05,000 ppm using a 10. 6 eV lamp, occupying one of the monitor's sensor slots. The lamp itself is a consumable output falls off with hours of use and the window clouds over time, so a spare lamp is worth stocking if VOC readings matter to your work.
