Movia Cabernet Sauvignon Slovenia, 2021 spritz licorice and citrus peelsThis is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Slovenia. It is aromatically expressive with hints of black pepper and forest floor underneath top notes of dark fruit. On the palate it is extremely juicy with well incorporated structure and tannin. Pair it with a Fiorentina steak and a side of smashed potatoes fried in duck fat.
