Hymenocallis azteciana Jalisco Blue Corms - Bulbs - Tubers The 1' tall clumps areHymenocallis azteciana from West Central Mexico is one of the most distinctive spider lilies we grow. The wide, glaucous blue green leaves emerge in mid June and lay flat on the ground. In mid July, each 4' tall flower stalk (when mature) is topped by a cluster of 7 9 narrow petaled, nocturnally fragrant pure white flowers. We have found Hymenocallis azteciana very tolerant of a wide range of conditions from slightly moist soils to very dry sites.
