The fabric is a gorgeous ribbed cotton with a medium weight and just off the white tones. The dress is nicely built with a chest beautifully embroidered with three rows of eyelets and delightful tiny pintucks. The bottom is embroidered with those eyelets and pintucks, as well as on the short sleeves. This vintage dress closes in the back by three small
