Year after year, the vineyards produce, in accordance with the nuances of the vintage, an elegant Pinot Noir that can easily age for decades. The first reference to Clos des Lambrays dates back to the 14th century. Archives from the Abbey of Cteaux reveal its foundation around 1365. This foundation is commemorated by an
