arranged around two birds (possibly collared doves) and a chick - the latter sitting on top of a turquoise cabochon

The stone shimmers beautifully, with various shades of blue that form a striking contrast with the red eyes. It dates from the late 18th Century, modelled in 9 karat gold throughout.
